vidlytics.io provides AI-powered video analysis services including automated tagging, categorization, content moderation, and metadata generation through our API platform.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent API usage restrictions
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
Use the service to process content depicting minors in any context
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit for analysis. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it complies with all applicable laws including 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are charged based on your selected plan and usage. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. We retain all rights to our platform, AI models, and technology. Analysis results are provided for your use but may not be used to train competing AI systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDLYTICS.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for any reason with 30 days notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
